Siempre so\u00f1amos con participar en esta regata as\u00ed como en la Copa del Rey en Palma de Mallorca. Este a\u00f1o, aprovechando nuestra presencia en el Mediterr\u00e1neo, se lo ofrecimos a nuestro amigo Richard de AGL Marine (que nos ha estado proporcionando nuestro antifouling durante muchos a\u00f1os), acept\u00f3 de inmediato y as\u00ed lanzamos la organizaci\u00f3n. Suele ser una gran semana de fiestas y regatas feroces. Nosotros participamos en la segunda semana. No hace falta decir cu\u00e1nto invadi\u00f3 el sue\u00f1o las mentes de todos, frente a estos gigantes y majestuosos veleros que parec\u00edan haber salido del astillero (no nos arrepentimos de limpiar la cubierta de MR antes de llegar). Pero las medidas de cuarentena presentes en todas partes han disuadido a muchos barcos de venir a este m\u00edtico punto de encuentro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped placer, as\u00ed como Eva y Gofer de Gij\u00f3n que se tomaron una semana de vacaciones para la ocasi\u00f3n.<br>El resto de la tripulaci\u00f3n estaba integrado por AGL. Creamos un equipo que funcion\u00f3 muy bien durante toda la semana. familia. Con GOFER y EVA pasamos la ma\u00f1ana cambiando las poleas de los desvios de drizas de cubierta que sufrieron mucho durante el primer d\u00eda de regatas. M\u00e1s tarde les toca a ellos dejarnos y volver a Gij\u00f3n. Luego, al comienzo de la noche, el oleaje comienza a sentirse especialmente cuando el viento amaina, pero todav\u00eda avanzamos a vela. Al final de la noche, el oleaje vuelve a aumentar, el viento gira hacia el sur-suroeste y comienza a fortalecerse. MR ha tenido un buen comienzo, pero para una navegaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s agradable cambiamos nuestro destino de CALVI a SAINT FLORENT un poco m\u00e1s al norte.<br>El domingo 11 de octubre, el viento se hizo cada vez m\u00e1s fuerte, ya est\u00e1bamos navegando a casi 10kts con un rizo en la vela mayor y el foque.  Aceleramos a\u00fan m\u00e1s, bajo el efecto de las olas que ya son muy altas y cortas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/www.mr-beelzebuth.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/1-St-Tropez-Oct-2020-1.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption>Saint Tropez hacia Saint Florent<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Son las 8 de la ma\u00f1ana, todav\u00eda estamos a 30 millas n\u00e1uticas del puerto de Saint Florent y el piloto automatico ya no gobierna el barco. Richard se pone a timonear en condiciones dif\u00edciles pero aceptables. El viento sube de nuevo a m\u00e1s de 25kts con r\u00e1fagas de 30kts, el barco cabalga las olas, Richard establece el r\u00e9cord del barco a 18 nudos durante un surf interminable.
