Facil !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredientes <span class=\"has-inline-color has-light-green-cyan-color\"><strong>PLATO<\/strong><\/span> Utilizar Patas de pulpo ya cosidas o sino un pulpo fresco comprado en la pescaderia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredientes <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong>ACOMPANAMIENTO<\/strong> <\/span>Papas peque\u00f1as, sal con hierbas provenzales, zanahorias 2 cucharitas de c\u00farcuma, r\u00facula y cebollas fritas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredientes<span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\"> <strong>SALSA<\/strong><\/span> Ajo negro 3 dientes.                                                          Salsa de soja ligera 4 cdas.<br>Aceite de oliva 2 cdas.<br>Ralladura de lim\u00f3n 2 cdas. caf\u00e9.<br>Jugo de lim\u00f3n 1 cdta. caf\u00e9.<br>Jengibre (fresco) Rallado 1 cdta. caf\u00e9.<br>Az\u00facar de ca\u00f1a 3c. caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PREPARACION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-light-green-cyan-color\">Preparacion Pulpo<\/span> para cocinar un pulpo fresco: poner el pulpo en una olla a presi\u00f3n con agua fr\u00eda y sal.<br>Cerrar bien y cuando empiece a pitar (hervir) dejarlo 10 minutos por kg de pulpo.<br>Retirar del fuego.<br>Liberar la presi\u00f3n, abrir la olla. Si lo preferis (aqu\u00ed preferimos) m\u00e9telo al horno (180 \u00b0C GRILL) durante 10 minutos. Si encontraste patas de pulpo ya cocidas, solo te tomar\u00e1 2 minutos calentar en el microondas y luego asar en el horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Preparacion Acompa\u00f1amiento:<\/span> considerando que estamos en un barco, para no usar el generador mucho tiempo, decid\u00ed cortar las papas en 4 y las zanahorias y cocinarlas en el microondas en bolsitas de silicona por separado. Las papas con sal de hierbas provenzales. Zanahorias solo con un poco de c\u00farcuma. Aproximadamente 6 minutos cada bolsa (pinchar para confirmar que estan cocidas). Reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Preparacion salsa<\/span>: Machaca los dientes de ajo negros con un tenedor hasta que se conviertan en una especie de pasta. En un bol, combina el ajo negro con la salsa de soja, el aceite de oliva, la ralladura y jugo de lim\u00f3n, el jengibre y el az\u00facar; calentar la mezcla en una cacerola por 5 minutos a fuego medio. Reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asa el pulpo con las papas y las zanahorias para que se dore al mismo tiempo con un chorrito de aceite de oliva durante 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servir el pulpo con la salsa de ajo negro y repartir en cada plato las papas y las zanahorias.
