Poner todo con una cacerola, cubrir con el az\u00facar y el jugo de lim\u00f3n. Agrega la vaina de vainilla raspada (abrirla y retirar los granos y colocarla entera).<br>2 Dejar macerar tapado a temperatura ambiente durante 12 horas.<br>3 12 horas despu\u00e9s, ponerlo a hervir a fuego alto, revolviendo ocasionalmente con cuchara de madera, la mermelada conservar\u00e1 todos los aromas y las cuartos quedar\u00e1n enteros. Aproximadamente 15 minutos. Si desean una textura de mermelada, baje el fuego y cocine bajito hasta obtener la textura deseada.<br>4 Cuando la mermelada est\u00e9 lista, colocar la mermelada inmediatamente en sus frascos (esterilizados de antemano) al ras. Limpie bien el borde del frasco y apriete bien la tapa, d\u00e9le la vuelta.
